DUAL RATE-LONG TRAVEL coil springs expand during articulation as suspension droops to keep the tires in contact with the ground much longer than a single rate resulting in a smoother ride while maintaining the coil in the upper coil bucket even at full droop. The 2nd rate (lower coils) only engage after compression past the 1st rate for consistent control and stability during body roll and heavy off-road suspension movement. The Term, Adventure - X comes from the inclusion of 8 adjustable control arms with our 100% Service Free Adventure Series joints installed. Our industry leading, Adventure - X mid-Arms feature adjustable upper and lower control arms and offer a total of 70 degrees of misalignment when paired with our Adventure series Joints at the frame connection and at the axle. The inherent bind in a factory JK control arm is greatly reduced. With so much adjustability, it allows you to precision tune the JK's caster and pinion angle front and rear. Driving you home with the most comfortable ride possible in a Wrangler, are our TRIPLE RATE coils. All 4 coils work together to achieve excellent on-road comfort that we feel is better than the OEM linear rate springs. The coil itself is built with the proper "Free-length" for off-road articulation and stays firmly seated in the coil bucket (as long as a proper length shock is installed), and overall a very controlled reaction to bumps, rocks, sand, mud and whatever else you can manage to throw at them! All Rock Krawler JK systems include correction pads that reduce the spring bow inherent in the factory set up. The provided track bar geometry corrections, both front and rear, lets you perfectly center the axles so there is no compromise in on road handling.
