AEV Steering Damper Upgrade

The AEV Steering Damper for JL Wrangler/Gladiator is an upgrade over the OEM steering damper and is designed specifically for vehicles with suspension lifts and larger tires. Developed in partnership with Bilstein USA, the AEV Steering Damper offers a significant improvement in both steering and handling because it is more efficient at dampening minute movements and vibrations that are often amplified in vehicles with larger tires. The AEV Jeep JL Wrangler/Gladiator steering damper is recommended for anyone with a 2” AEV Spacer Lift or 2.5” AEV DualSport RT Suspension System but is also the ideal solution for anyone looking to upgrade the problematic OEM damper found on these vehicles. This Jeep JL Wrangler/Gladiator Steering Damper is painted dark gray metallic to match the Bilstein 5100 shocks that are included in our 2.5″ DualSport RT Suspension System. ProCal SNAP for Wrangler JL & Gladiator

AEV ProCal SNAP for Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator is a cost-effective calibration module that accurately corrects your speedometer after installing larger tires (up to 42″ tall) and/or changing the axle/transfer case gear ratio, saving you from the headaches of going to the dealership or depending on a lesser quality module. The ProCal SNAP also features TPMS functionality and is compatible with all 2018+ JL Wrangler/Gladiator models, including 4xe and 392. After installing AEV’s Programming Harness (included), ProCal SNAP simply plugs into your vehicle’s OBDII diagnostic port and interfaces with the user through the audio system equalizer. After inputting the necessary numerical values for the tire size or gear ratio through the audio equalizer (example: 35.5” tall tire = bass 3, mid 5 and treble 5) the settings are saved by pressing and holding a combination of buttons on the steering wheel. Non-Winch Cover Plate for EX/RX Front Bumper

AEV’s Non-Winch Cover Plate for JL Wrangler/Gladiator will close off the opening on the top of your AEV RX/EX Front Bumper if you choose to not install a winch. E-coated and powder coated to match the Front Bumper’s finish and for maximum corrosion resistance.

JL Wrangler/Gladiator Differential Covers

AEV JL/Gladiator Differential Covers are designed specifically for the new Dana M210 (front) and Dana M220 (rear) axles found in the Jeep Gladiator and JL Wrangler. These heavy duty, nodular iron Differential Covers feature an axle specific fluid level port, placed at the correct level to meet factory specifications, eliminating the need to guess on oil level or use a dipstick to figure out the correct amount of oil. For added convenience, AEV Differential Covers feature an oversized oil fill port located on the top of the cover. This fill port not only allows you to easily add fluid in the field if axle repairs are necessary, but also doubles as an inspection port, allowing the user to see inside the differential, inspect ring gear teeth, look for water intrusion or even use a dial indicator to inspect for problems without ever removing the cover.

Savegre II Wheel

The AEV Savegre II wheel for JL Wrangler and Gladiator puts a modern spin on a classic AEV wheel design. This refreshed version of AEV’s original JK Savegre wheel has been updated in a number of ways to accommodate the JL Wrangler/Gladiator’s unique fitment requirements. The Savegre II features a JL/Gladiator-specific offset of +25mm, which works perfectly with the various OE fender flare styles and provides the optimal balance of tire clearance, scrub radius and handling. Additionally, this AEV Savegre II Wheel features a larger center cap bore (62.77mm) for compatibility with the Jeep JL Wrangler’s OE backup camera and resized pockets for the larger factory lug nuts. Available in a Matte Black finish. Powder Coating Warning:As a general safety precaution, AEV does not recommend powder coating aluminum wheels. The heat range and duration of the powder coating process may overlap the heat treating and aging of cast or forged aluminum wheels. For this reason, powder coated wheels will not be covered under AEV’s lifetime structural warranty. All repairs and/or color changes should utilize automotive type liquid paint. Snorkel Kit for Wrangler/Gladiator

Inspired by heavy duty industrial and military applications around the world, AEV’s Jeep JL Wrangler/Gladiator Snorkel Kit improves engine performance by drawing in the cleanest, coolest air charge possible, even in the worst conditions. If you are serious about off-road adventure, the AEV Snorkel is one of the most important modifications you can make. These Snorkel Kits for Jeep JL Wrangler/Gladiator are extensively tested in both real-world and controlled environments, and unlike other manufacturers, AEV Snorkels are manufactured in the USA out of a high-quality, cross-linked polyethylene. Lightweight and extremely strong, this material offers the best combination of strength, UV-resistance, and long-term durability. This material also has exceptional thermal stability in extreme hot/cold temperatures. The AEV Snorkel for the 2.0L Turbo, 2.0L 4xe, 3.6L Gas, and 2.2L CRD mounts on the right-hand side of the vehicle, whereas the 3.0L EcoDiesel Snorkel mounts on the left-hand side of the vehicle. An optional A-Pillar Mounting Bracket is also available for customers who prefer having the option to fold down the windshield on their Wrangler or Gladiator (excludes 3.0L EcoDiesel). This bracket mounts to the A-Pillar behind the windshield frame, leaving it free to move up and down independently from the Snorkel. AEV recommends installing the Snorkel using the standard mounting bracket included with this kit. This mounting configuration will be the strongest and most durable option for off-road use. The Snorkel Kit for gasoline/CRD engines includes a standard Air Ram Inlet, the 3.0L EcoDiesel kit includes a self-cleaning pre-filter. There are a number of aftermarket pre-filter options on the market for non-EcoDiesel customers who travel in severe environments with high dust, sand, or silt. Fender Flare Specific Designs The JL Wrangler/Gladiator Snorkel Kits are ordered according to your engine and OE fender flare style – which is either a “high” or “low” style fender flare. In North America for example, Rubicon models have a “high” fender flare option that allows for more tire clearance. They may look similar, but the “high” fender flare sits about an inch higher and is an inch wider than the standard or “low” fender flare. Export models may vary, depending on the destination country. Please refer to the graphic if you are unsure what style fender flare you have. The EcoDiesel Snorkel is only available for the high flare option.

JL/Gladiator Jack Base

AEV’s JL/Gladiator Jack Base provides 3-1/2 inches of additional lift height to the stock Wrangler’s “scissor” jack – allowing tires of up to 37″ to be changed with ease and stability. Many people don’t realize that the stock jack won’t work to change larger tires until it’s too late, leaving them stranded on the side of the road or even worse, on the trail. The AEV Jack Base has a large 7.5″ x 10.5″ footprint to provide better stability in off-road and soft soil conditions when using the factory jack or even a Hi-Lift jack. It can also double as a wheel chock in order to prevent a disabled vehicle or trailer from rolling. This Jack Base fits neatly into the JL’s rear floor compartment/under the Gladiator’s rear seat when not in use, also includes molded-in nutserts to attached directly to a Hi-Lift jack. If your Wrangler doesn’t have a rear storage compartment or you want an alternative mounting location, AEV also offers an optional Under Dash Mounting Kit. This jeep gladiator jack mount kit allows your Jack Base to conveniently mount under the dashboard on the passenger side of LHD Wrangler and Gladiator models. A-Pillar Snorkel Mount Bracket for Wrangler JL / Gladiator JT

The A-Pillar Mounting Bracket is available for customers who prefer having the option to fold down the windshield on their Wrangler or Gladiator (excludes 3.0L EcoDiesel). This bracket mounts to the A-Pillar behind the windshield frame, leaving it free to move up and down independently from the Snorkel. We recommends that customers who anticipate going off-road on tight trails, use the standard windshield mount due to a more robust design and more secure mounting method.
